An honor well-deserved.
Florida State Seminoles softball coach Lonni Alameda, who has shaped the FSU program into one of the nation’s best, will be inducted into the NFCA Hall of Fame.
Alameda has led the Seminoles since 2009, amassing a record of 716–198–2 (.783) and has built an impressive record that includes 15 NCAA Tournament appearances, 9 ACC Tournament Championships, 7 ACC Regular Season Championships and 5 Women’s College World Series appearances — winning in 2018 and finishing as runner-ups in 2021 and 2023.
Alameda will join Seminoles legend JoAnne Graf as the only two Florida State head coaches to be inducted into the NFCA Hall Of Fame.
