The No. 2 all-purpose running back made his commitment to the ‘Noles hailing from the state of Virginia. He joins another four-star commitment Zaquandre White in the ‘Noles backfield.
It’s the second straight year that FSU recruiting has hauled in the No. 1 player from the state of Virginia. The class of 2016 included Virginia’s No. 1 player Levonta Taylor.
The ‘Noles have been considered the leader for Laborn for some time, but Virginia Tech and other major programs were vehemently trying to persuade him to join their classes.
Laborn is the 11th commitment for the 2017 class and moves FSU recruiting back into the No.
