As Jordan Travis prepares to embark on his first season as the outright starting quarterback at Florida State, it’s easy to see how crucial the redshirt junior is to the Seminoles’ overall success this season.
There have been 16 quarterbacks to take offensive snaps for FSU over the past five seasons with Travis having taken just 40% of the snaps over the past three seasons. To that point, the Seminoles are one twisted knee or sprained ankle away from being forced to rely on a backup.
