TALLAHASSEE — Florida State has endured many setbacks this season, but the Seminoles say they still have a fighting chance when they face NC State Saturday.
The Seminoles (2-5, 1-5 ACC) are approaching this game focusing on playing at a consistently high level for a complete game.
“It’s difficult going out there week for week after a loss, but we just have to keep pushing and keep fighting,” FSU defensive back Asante Samuel Jr. said. “You can’t quit and you can’t give up.”
After losing All-American defensive lineman Marvin Wilson, starting offensive lineman Devontay Love-Taylor, top receiver Tamorrion Terry and reserve quarterback James Blackman to injuries and a transfer decision, FSU has focused on filling those holes and moving for.
