While much of the attention is paid to the major FSU sports, including football, basketball and baseball, there is plenty of other athletic competition going on right now on the Tallahassee campus and across the country involving the ‘Noles. Here’s a recap of how some of the Olympic sports fared this past week.
Softball
After going unbeaten in their previous 29 games – 28 of those being wins – the top ranked Lady ‘Noles found out how the other half lives this week. Wednesday, FSU found themselves in an epic battle with No. 3 Florida, as the Gators got the game winning run with two outs in the seventh inning for the 1-0 win.
