FSU's heartbreaking 22-16 loss Saturday to Georgia Tech will be painfully memorable for the Seminoles because it ended their 28-game win streak in the ACC in bizarre fashion: the Yellow Jackets blocked what would've been a game-winning field goal and returned for a 78-yard go-ahead score as time experience.
