FSU men’s hoops outlasts Miami 74-66 securing season sweep over rival

In a frenetic, up-and-down contest, Florida State men’s basketball (16-10, 7-8) outlasted their rival Miami Hurricanes (6-20, 2-13) 74-66. The Seminoles struggled all night from the field and to generate consistent offense, but 24 points from Malique Ewin and 19 from the foul line put the game out of reach. On the defensive side, the Noles brought it from the opening tip, holding Miami to 40% from the field and Matthew Cleveland to 14 points on 3-14 shooting. Leonard Hamilton finishes his FSU career, winning five in a row against his former team.
