FSU looking for more growth, identity out of young Seminoles

With two games left and most preseason goals off the table, Florida State is pushing to finish strong with the hope of creating some positive momentum heading into the 2021 season.

It hasn’t been the type of year the Seminoles (2-6, 1-6 ACC) hoped for as the coronavirus pandemic forced the program to adapt at every level.

Most recently, Florida State had to push the pause button on the season after COVID-19 protocols prompted the Seminoles to call off games against Clemson and Virginia during back-to-back weeks. FSU found itself without another opponent when the ACC reshuffled its schedule to accommodate ACC title contending teams, pairing Duke with Miami instead.
