Former Florida State cornerback Terrell Buckley’s name is already everywhere in the FSU record book. And now, Buckley could find his name among those of some other elite ’Noles in the College Football Hall of Fame, as he’ll be included on the 2019 ballot.
The Pascagoula, Miss. native has more career and single-season interceptions (21 and 12, respectively) than any Seminole ever, and neither are even close. Buckley wore the garnet and gold from 1989-1991, and in his second two seasons, he became the only FSU player ever to register a pair of pick-sixes in multiple seasons. Those four career INTs for TDs are tied with Deion Sanders for the most in Florida State history.
