There is no doubt that there is plenty of talent on the FSU football roster for the 2016 season on both sides of the ball. While much of the attention is on players like Dalvin Cook, Derwin James and DeMarcus Walker, there are plenty of other players who will be important if the ‘Noles are going to bring home a fourth national title.
One of those players will be maybe the fastest on the team, wide receiver Kermit Whitfield. While FSU football fans will always remember him for the kickoff return in the BCS Championship Game against Auburn, Whitfield had quite the junior season and is setting himself up for an even better senior year.
