Much like 2013, FSU football will be counting on a shallow group of talented wide receivers to make explosive plays downfield. One of its most experienced targets returns for his junior year in Keith Gavin.
The junior played in all 13 games last season, finishing fourth on the team in receptions(28) and yards(289). He has yet to find the end zone in his first two seasons with the Noles.
Gavin only played in 10 games last season and dealt with some injuries that slowed him down as well.
He started out with a great game against Alabama (8 receptions for 61 yards), but never secured more than four receptions during any of the remaining games.
