Florida State received a verbal commitment from Wester Michigan defensive end Braden Fiske.
Fiske, who is the No. 14 overall player in the NCAA transfer portal, becomes the seventh transfer to pledge to the Seminoles, joining defensive lineman Darrell Jackson (Miami), tight ends Jaheim Bell (South Carolina) and Kyle Morlock (Shorter) and offensive linemen Casey Roddick (Colorado), Jeremiah Byers (UTEP) and Keiondre Jones (Auburn).
The 6-foot-5, 300-pound Fiske was a three-star prospect out of Michigan City, Indiana, who signed with Western Michigan as part of its 2018 recruiting class. He spent four seasons with the Broncos where he amassed 148 tackles, 27 tackles for loss and 13.
