FSU football coach Willie Taggart said wants to hold players accountable when they aren’t playing well. If a player isn’t doing his job he’ll get someone in there that can or wants to do the job.
So my question is why in the world is D.J. Matthews still being sent out there to allow punts to hit the ground and cost FSU tons of field position?
It’s baffling. It’s something that has happened a ridiculous amount of times this year. In fact, Taggart was asked about it recently and he noted Matthews let some balls hit the ground that should have been caught.
