Saturday marked the first day of spring football practice for the Florida State Seminoles. Mike Norvell trotted out for his debut on the Dunlap Practice Fields, ushering in a new era of FSU football.

First & foremost: no, Mike Norvell does not allow music at his practices. His rules for the professionalism of his program’s athletes is quickly becoming known among FSU fans. No earrings, no baseball caps in the football facilities, no headphones (except prior to games). The lack of music follows along those guidelines.
