FSU Football: Power Five opponents Noles would face from 2018 finish

In the first 13 seasons that the FSU football team played as members of the Atlantic Coast Conference, the Seminoles finished outside of first place in the conference just twice – at a time when the league had just nine to 11 teams and was all one giant ground. In the 14 seasons since, including 2018, the Noles have finished lower than second place six times.

Included in that would be the last two seasons where the men in garnet and gold finished sixth and fifth in the Atlantic Division respectively – placing them among the bottom of the Power Five conference and putting them with some other “elite” company across the sport who also didn’t show up this season.
