The boys from Boise, Idaho had a pretty good go of things last season, going 10-3 on the year and 7-1 in conference play. They started off the season 2-0 before losing to Oklahoma State 44-21 on the road in Stillwater. They got back in the win column the following week against Wyoming before dropping another against San Diego State, 19-13.
The Broncos then went on to rattle off seven straight wins before losing in the Mountain West Conference championship game against Fresno State, 19-16. The Broncos actually had a shot at an 11 win season, but their First Responder Bowl game against Boston College was canceled ten minutes into the first quarter and was ruled a no contest due to weather.
