FSU football spring practice in the Mike Norvell era is officially underway. The team has been working eight hrs per week in the strength and conditioning phase, with reports of nice weight and strength gains from the majority of the players, according to Mike Norvell’s press conference Friday.
The team will now transition to 20 hours per week as they move to the installation phase of spring camp.
FSU coaches will be working on all three phases, with everything culminating on April 7th at the FSU football spring game.
There has been a different feeling coming from the program since Mike Norvell took over in early December.
