FSU football had a relatively easy schedule on paper in 2019 and failed to meet expectations. The schedule was set up nicely and they definitely should have won a minimum of eight games.
However, choking a huge lead away to Boise State in the opener seemed to be foreshadowing of things to come from a team stuck in mediocrity.
The Noles finished up the season 6-7, losing its bowl game to Arizona State with blowout losses to Clemson, Miami, and Florida.
Will the 2020 schedule be as friendly or more daunting? Check it out for yourself below and we’ll discuss:
- 9/5 West Virginia (neutral site)
- 9/12 Samford
- 9/19 @ Boise State
- Open
- 10/3 at NC State
- 10/10 Clemson
- 10/17 Wake Forest
- 10/24 @ Louisville
- 10/31 Pitt
- 11/7 @ Miami
- 11/14 Boston College
- 11/9 @ Syracuse

Thoughts
This schedule isn’t great for fans wishing to see the Noles in person other than the Samford game in week two.
