FSU football had been holding steady with its 2020 recruiting class, but finally lost its first commitment Tuesday with Jalen Harrell.
Harrell was the No. 274 player overall and No. 21 cornerback in the nation while being ranked as the No. 40 player in the state of Florida when he committed in April.
He’s risen somewhat and is now considered the No. 235 ranked player overall and No. 18 ranked cornerback while being ranked as the No. 39 player in the state of Florida.
If the Noles were going to lose a blue chip commitment from anywhere defensive back was the area to do it.
