We all know about the hole from which Willie Taggart and the new FSU staff had to emerge to finish off the 2018 recruiting class as best as they could. And up against a shortage of time and a groundswell of negative momentum, they did just that, finishing a very respectable 11th nationally, and third in the ACC.
Normally, this is where one would say something about what a difference a year makes. But just as we saw how fast the new Seminoles could go in their spring game, so are we now witnessing how quickly they can flip the recruiting script mere months later.
