If you are a fan of the FSU football team or was a student at the school at one point, you know that football Saturdays in the city of Tallahassee can get really crowded – not just from the 80,000+ fans that come to Doak Campbell Stadium each home game, but the 25,000 more that attend games across Gaines Street at FAMU.
With 2019 being the 73rd season that both teams have competed at the same time, you would figure by now – with technology being so advanced and the Seminoles releasing their schedule not long into the calendar year of 2019 – that having both programs playing at home at the same time would be a minimal issue for the city.
