I’ve written time and time again this season the FSU football offense will go as Deondre Francois goes.
He was the No. 1 player on my list of FSU players that needed to make an impact against Wake Forest to get a victory.
Francois got off to a rough start, throwing off target to a wide open Jacques Patrick in the flats on FSU’s first offensive play of the game. It’s a throw Francois has always struggled with, but to his credit he rebounded nicely after the first three possessions yielded 20 yards on 12 plays.
