By now, you have to be living under a rock or just in complete denial to not know that the FSU football team will be doing something that hasn’t been done since the 1981 season – staying home and watching a whole bunch of other teams take part in the fun that is the bowl season in the sport.
While the 1981 team finished 6-5 and didn’t go bowling because there were just 16 games at the time (three of which don’t even exist now), the Seminoles of 2018 are not bowling because they finished with a record of 5-7 on the season and there are enough teams to fill out the bowl slots this season.
