FSU football only has one defensive back committed to their 2024 recruiting class, with three-star safety CJ Heard from Woodward Academy in Atlanta, Georgia.
However, defensive back coach Patrick Surtain Sr. and company are planning on acquiring more highly-touted prospects to pair alongside him.
The Seminoles just had a massive recruiting weekend, which consisted of 14 official visitors that visited campus.
One notable prospect on the defensive side of the football that officially visited was four-star cornerback Jalewis Solomon from Schley County High School in Ellaville, Georgia.
After his official visit, he met with various members of the media, where he explained that FSU was the top school in his recruitment.
