I mean Brian Bell, a linebacker for the Akron Zips.
FSU fans might remember the name, since the rising sophomore would have been a linebacker for the Seminoles. But FSU yanked Bell's scholarship offer just before National Signing Day in February 2015, caving into a social-media smear job that was as bogus as it was ruthless.
The ultimate verdict came Monday when an undoubtedly disappointed Justice Department announced it would not bring federal criminal charges in the case against Bell.
