Update, November 30: According to a report from ESPN, Florida State has hired Guz Malzahn as offensive coordinator and primary playcaller after resigning from his position as head coach of the UCF Knights.
Malzahn, who hired Mike Norvell as a graduated assistant while serving as Tulsa’s offensive coordinator, was 105-62 in his 13 years as a head coach (which includes a loss to the Seminoles in the 2013 BCS National Championship Game).
With Florida State (1-9, 1-8 ACC) in the final weeks of a historically awful football season, head coach Mike Norvell is officially making changes to his coaching staff.
