New Florida State defensive tackle Braden Fiske couldn’t recall how many stars he received as a high school prospect. The Michigan City (Ind.) High product was more concerned about whether anybody would offer him a football scholarship.
“I didn’t have much going into my senior year,” said Fiske. “My dad and I probably went to 25 to 30 camps to get that first offer. Halfway through the summer, I pulled my first offer from Western Michigan.”
Fiske decided to sign with the Broncos, spending four productive seasons in Kalamazoo before entering the transfer portal.
