Blue-chip quarterback Tramell Jones Jr. affirmed his commitment to the Florida State Seminoles on Saturday, confirming that he is shutting down his recruitment.
The Mandarin High prospect out of Jacksonville, Florida is considered the No. 24 quarterback in the 2025 class and holds a four-star rating in the 247Sports Composite Rankings.
I would like to thank God for putting me in this situation and for everyone that recruited me throughout this process. With that, I will be shutting down my recruitment! #GoNoles #Tribe25

His rise over the last year has shown why Mike Norvell and staff were on the quarterback early — after leading Mandarin to a state championship apperance this past season (throwing for 3,195 yards and 33 touchdowns), he recently had an excellent showing at the Elite 11 Finals alongside the rest of the nation’s top gunslingers.
