Florida State has found itself with a different starting lineup at offensive line in each of the Seminoles’ first three games. Injuries have hit the unit hard, forcing FSU to mix and match players at different positions as the team prepares for this weekend’s game against Louisville.
“At practice, we had a couple more combinations that got presented to us,” coach Mike Norvell said Tuesday. “We’ve had to limit some because we’re really light on numbers right now.”
Nine different linemen have taken in-game snaps including Darius Washington, Robert Scott, and Brady Scott at tackle, Devontay Love-Taylor and Dillan Gibbons at guard, and Baveon Johnson and Maurice Smith at the center position.
