Florida State basketball has been up and down in postseason projections throughout the 2018-2019 campaign, but the Seminoles finished the regular season winning of 12 of 13 ACC games and are consistently projected to earn an elite seed in the NCAA Tournament.
The ’Noles are a 4-seed for ESPN’s Joe Lunardi, CBS’ Jerry Palm, and our own SB Nation’s Chris Dobbertean. FSU also averages out as the second 4-seed across 76 brackets consulted by Bracket Matrix, between Kansas and Kansas State in a Sunflower State sandwich. With the completed regular season in the books, there’s very little variance surrounding the Seminoles: their highest projection is as a 3-seed, their lowest a 5-seed.
