Tallahassee, FL- Florida State basketball (8-5, 2-2 ACC) bounced back with a much-needed win over the Louisville Cardinals (10-5, 4-1 ACC) by a score of 79-70. After an offensive struggle at Wake Forest earlier in the week, the Seminoles found offensive rhythm in the first half behind Caleb Mills’ 23 first-half points. Freshman Matthew Cleveland (17 points, 7-8 shooting) made the crucial baskets late to help FSU notch the win in crunch time. The Seminoles shot 45.8% from the floor and turned the ball over just six times.
Florida State has now won five straight over Louisville.
