For about the first 15 minutes of action in their ACC Tournament opener at the Verizon Center in Washington D.C., it looked as if FSU basketball was going to be in for all they could handle against a Boston College team that became the first ACC program to go winless in conference play in close to three decades.
When it was all said and done, the ‘Noles left no question who was the best team on the court Tuesday afternoon, pulling away before the half and staying in control for the second half to get the 88-66 win
It was a team effort for the ‘Noles, who had four players score in double figures and were led by Devon Bookert and his 15 points.
