FSU basketball really needed this win against No. 18 Clemson on the road Wednesday night, but the Noles came up short for the second game in a row.

Clemson defeated FSU 76-63 although the score was closer than the final.

Neither team shot the ball particularly well and FSU finally held a team to a decent field goal percentage for a change.

However, Clemson’s rebounding crushed FSU and the ‘Noles struggles from the free-throw remain as they have for much of the season.

The Noles trailed by six with :53 second to go but couldn’t make any shots and Clemson made their free throws to win by double digits.
