FSU baseball came up with two dramatic wins against Jacksonville University earlier this season. In Tuesday night’s series finale there wasn’t much drama as FSU came away with a dominant 21-2 win. With FSU so far out in front and well on our way to a four hour game, both coaches agreed to end the game after the top of the eighth.
The victory completed the sweep of JU and brought FSU’s record to 32-18 on the season. FSU’s winning streak is at five games as they have now wrapped up non-conference play and have two big ACC series left to finish the ACC season, at home vs RPI number 11 Wake Forest and at RPI number six Louisville.
