FSU baseball (28-19, 19-14 ACC) used a big eighth inning to rally past Clemson 9-6 to clinch the series win Sunday afternoon.
The game didn’t start in the ‘Noles favor at all, with Clemson batters finding some holes in the first inning to score four runs off starting pitcher Parker Messick.
Two of those hits were not well-hit balls at all, more like Texas league Judy hits. Nevertheless, the Noles found themselves in a big hole and had to respond.
