FSU (30-16, 16-11) was off during the mid-week but returned to host Pittsburgh. Unfortunately the Seminoles returned Saturday but the series began on Friday. A 10-0 loss had FSU heading into a double header on Saturday in a series they could not lose if they wanted to keep their post season hopes alive. Even though the weather pushed most of the second game and all of the third game to Sunday the ‘Noles persevered and took the series from the Panthers. A light week and a 2-1 record kept FSU from moving up or down in this week’s D1Baseball top 25.
