It has become a continuing tradition for the FSU baseball team when they are in Omaha for the yearly event known as the College World Series – playing out of the loser’s bracket to make things play out a lot more interesting if they are going to end up playing for the first national title in program history.
It happened again in the 24th edition of the Seminoles and their trip to the eastern part of Nebraska after winning their first game in Omaha for two decades and now, the Noles find themselves one more loss from being sent back to Tallahassee without a national title.
