Florida State is back in the top 25 for the first time since 2018, with the Seminoles ranked No. 23 in the latest Associated Press poll released Sunday.
FSU (4-0, 2-0 ACC) is off to its best start since 2015 and is coming off a 44-14 win over Boston College Saturday night.
Florida State was ranked last in the 2018 preseason poll when the Seminoles started the season at No. 19 but dropped out of the rankings after a 24-3 loss to Virginia Tech in the season opener. FSU had previously been ranked in each season since 1977.
