Former FSU football and Jacksonville Jaguar linebacker Telvin Smith was arrested in Jacksonville, Florida, Wednesday evening on a charge of unlawful sexual activity with certain minors.
There are no details on the case at the moment other than that explanation of the charge.
It’s the second run-in with the law for Smith who had police at his home in late November where they towed away his SUV from the residence, but he wasn’t arrested.
Before that incident, Smith announced in April 2019 that he would be sitting out the 2019 NFL season while being very vague regarding his reasoning.
