Sometimes in football, as in life, you only need a chance.
For Terrell Buckley, that opportunity has come in the form of a head coaching job in the XFL.
After a stellar playing career as an All-American cornerback at Florida State and then in the NFL, and then as an assistant coach in stops at FSU, Louisville, Mississippi State and Ole Miss, Buckley felt he was ready to take that next step. All he needed was a chance.
“We had just finished the best season that the University of Mississippi has ever had,” said Buckley.
