Wednesday morning, USA Ryder Cup captain Steve Stricker announced his picks for this month’s Ryder Cup at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin, and Daniel Berger was among the six chosen, along with Jordan Spieth, Xander Schauffele, Tony Finau, Harris English, and Scottie Scheffler.
Berger, a 4-time winner on the PGA TOUR, makes the team for the first time and will join his former Florida State golf teammate, Brooks Koepka, who automatically qualified for the squad.
