Florida State Seminoles’ fans have been able to hear from many of the new coaches in previous weeks. Today, the Seminole coaches met with the media for a pre-spring luncheon.
Tomahawk Nation’s Brett Nevitt was able to attend and speak with Florida State head of strength and conditioning Josh Storms.
Storms has gotten plenty of praise from not just the new Seminoles’ staff, but players as well. The results of Storms’ first few months have been apparent, with Florida State head coach Mike Norvell saying at a press conference today that on average, there’s been an increase of seven positive pounds per player.
