Florida State Seminoles strength and conditioning coach Vic Viloria was arrested for DUI charges early Saturday morning and had blood-alcohol levels of .124 and .125., a source told ESPN.com.
The legal limit is .08. Viloria was released early Saturday morning, Leon County Jail staff said, according to the Tallahassee Democrat.
The Seminoles released a statement Saturday afternoon, but offered no details.
"We are aware of the reported incident and are in the process of gathering more information. The issue falls under the human resources policies for university employees, which restricts further comment at this time."
Viloria, who was also booked on property damage charges, according to the Tallahassee Democrat, signed a contract extension with Florida State in July.
