Florida State hasn’t brought a quarterback on campus since 2017, when now redshirt-junior James Blackman signed.
That changed today, when Georgia quarterback Tate Rodemaker made things official during the Early Signing Period.
Rodemaker committed last week, new head coach Mike Norvell’s first big verbal get. From our piece Friday:
Rodemaker is ranked the nation’s No. 27 prostyle QB, the 71st best player in Georgia, and the country’s No. 720 prospect overall. His primary recruiter was new offensive coordinator Kenny Dillingham, and he also has offers from Baylor, Utah, Virginia Tech, Pitt, Northwestern, Boston College, USF, and many other programs.
