The Florida State Seminoles (38-19, 17-13) broke a five game losing streak yesterday and look to carry that momentum into tonight's game against the North Carolina Tar Heels (33-23, 13-16).
Florida State was propelled by the arm of Boomer Biegalski yesterday in their win over Clemson. This now puts the Seminoles at 1-0 in pool play along with Louisville who defeated North Carolina last night 7-4. For the Heels they are preparing to play their third game in three days while Florida State is rested playing the early game yesterday.
The Tar Heels do not have an offense that is nearly as potent as that of the Noles but do have some players that can do some damage.
