Florida State quarterbacks have yet to separate themselves early in spring practice

TALLAHASSEE — Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher spent a little more than three minutes lambasting his team for its lethargic start to spring practice.

The Seminoles, to Fisher, were too apathetic for his liking earlier this week and appeared average at best.

Meanwhile, redshirt freshman quarterback Deondre Francois worked his way over from the far side of FSU's practice field during the rant. He finished throwing extra passes to running backs along with Malik Henry and then moved to an area about 20 yards from Fisher. There, Francois and starting center Alec Eberle worked on snap exchanges while their coach continued to voice his displeasure within earshot.
