Florida State left impression on 2017 defensive end Jarez Parks Wednesday

The top-rated weak-side defensive end in the 2017 class, Jarez Parks, came away excited about his first visit to Florida State.

"I love it here, I love the atmosphere," Parks said.

"I learned a lot, to be honest. I didn't think I would learn as much, but I'm learning new things to improve my game and I really like that."

Parks, a 247 composite five-star out of Sebastian River, was impressive and showed why he earned those stars at such an early stage in the process. And at 6-foot-5, 245-pounds, he had no problem showcasing tons of strength and athletic ability.
