Florida State has landed Wisconsin graduate transfer quarterback Alex Hornibrook. Hornibrook committed after visiting FSU this weekend for its second Junior Day.
Hornibrook brings a wealth of experience and much needed depth to Florida State’s quarterback room. Standing at 6’4 and 219 lbs from Malvern, PA, Hornibrook is a former three-star quarterback and the No. 41 pro-style quarterback from the class of 2015. After redshirting his freshman year, Hornibrook took over the starting quarterback job for the Badgers. In three seasons the southpaw has accumulated a total of 5,438 passing yards for 7.7 yards per attempt to go along with 47 touchdowns and 33 interceptions.
