NCAA President Mark Emmert says California schools could face postseason bans should a proposed bill that would allow college athletes to be compensated for the use of their name and likeness be passed. The California state Senate voted overwhelmingly in favor of the legislation and while nothing is official yet, however this plays out will likely have a ripple effect across college football.
