Florida State received good news on the recruiting trail yesterday as three-star 2026 DMV DB Sean Johnson committed to the ‘Noles.
Safeties coach Evan Cooper is the lead in Johnson’s recruitment, as the Seminoles like Johnson as a safety. He cited FSU’s history as DBU along with the relationship with coaches as primary reasons for his pledge. He’ll take his official visit in June.
When asked for a quote about the commitment he simply said ‘It’s DBU not PBU’. Jalen Ramsey, Derwin James, Leroy Butler, Terrell Buckley, Deion Sanders, Ronald Darby, Lamarcus Joyner, Samari Rolle, and many, many others would certainly agree.
